Walking Mountain yoga is about thinking outside the box.  Have you ever noticed when you are in the gym or an office or a classroom that everything is a box (square)?  What in nature is a natural perfect square?  Rudolf Steiner who created the anthroposophy movement explained that if we really want to reach our potential we need to get out of the box.  What infamous name do you know that stayed in the box?
Walking Mountain Yoga is a practice that takes you outside into your natural environment to get strong and fit in a practice way.  As a NCAA athlete I know the difference between muscles and strength.  You need muscles to have strength but there are plenty of people in gyms just building muscles and not strength.  If you train outdoors you cannot help but get strong.
